Submissive training in the SubWelt Academy for Females helps you discover, step by step, which forms of pain, surrender, devotion and submission truly resonate with you. The process is progressive, safe and respectful. You decide the pace. Under my guidance, you will continually discover new aspects of yourself.
The training can be combined with the introductory BDSM experience course. Some women begin with a single day of exploration before continuing with more intensive training. Others choose to start directly with the training itself.
By the end of your training, you will have a clearer understanding of your boundaries, desires and emotional resilience. You learn to let go of control consciously and often discover an unexpected strength within that surrender. Many women experience a special sense of inner pride. Through consciously giving yourself to the experience and exploring your limits, you may encounter parts of yourself that have remained hidden until now. The confidence gained during this process often extends far beyond BDSM itself.
Not every woman is drawn to pain for the same reasons. Some discover their submission through pain. Others experience deep surrender without a strong masochistic inclination. If trust, leadership, devotion and letting go of control are your primary interests, you may also want to explore the topic of devotion.
Training Details of the Sub Academy in Gran Canaria:
Submissive and masochistic training allows you to explore your limits under professional guidance and, more importantly, to experience them for yourself. You may discover that erotic pain is not a sign of weakness at all. Quite the opposite. Learning to let go, surrender and trust often reveals an inner strength that remains hidden in everyday life.
You may even find that erotic pain itself is not the most powerful part of the experience. The deepest moments often arise when you stop resisting, release control and fully immerse yourself in the present moment. This is where surrender, depth and a special sense of inner pride can emerge. In those moments, many other things lose their importance. You are simply here, fully present.
The Slave School on Gran Canaria welcomes both beginners and experienced female submissives who want to explore their desires in a safe and structured environment.
You want to dive in all day?
During your training, you may experience extended periods of bondage, nudity, impact play, sensory stimulation and intense erotic tension.
You may find yourself restrained for long periods, surrendering control and discovering how different forms of physical and emotional intensity affect you. Spanking, flogging, clamps, toys and other BDSM elements can become part of the experience. Spread and bound in the room, you will be flogged. Nipple clamps and labia ordeals will test your endurance. Penetration with dildos is part of the experience, and anal play is available upon request. You will be put over my knee and be spanked. You will become my willingness sex object. My cock will be your entire world. You will be driven from orgasm to orgasm, and I will keep you squirting. You will be surprised by how deeply you respond to erotic pain and treatments. Or you discover that surrender itself touches you far more than any individual technique.
Sexuality may also become part of the training if it is included within the agreed framework. The focus is never on performing or enduring as much as possible. The focus is on experiencing, understanding and exploring your own responses.
Between training sessions, there is always time to rest, recover and reflect. We discuss your experiences, care for your well-being and adapt the next steps to your needs and goals. Over a meal, a conversation or simply a quiet moment, we explore where your journey is leading.
Do you want to deepen your submission? Explore your limits? Move closer to subspace? Together we shape the path that is right for you.
Learning BDSM techniques is one thing. Integrating BDSM into a long-term relationship and everyday life is something entirely different. BDSM does not end when a scene is over. In fact, many of the real challenges begin outside the playroom. What happens to your dynamic during ordinary life? How do you deal with disagreements? How much leadership, submission and control actually fit into your relationship?
This part of the training helps you understand how BDSM can function beyond individual scenes. A deep BDSM dynamic is not built on sessions alone. It grows through trust, communication and the ability to navigate everyday challenges together.
During relaxed conversations, we explore communication skills such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and practical ways of handling situations where a submissive dynamic simply does not fit.
What do trust, honour and pride really mean within a BDSM relationship? How can you cultivate those qualities? Which rituals might strengthen your connection?
These conversations are not classroom lectures. They remain part of the training experience. Depending on our agreement, discussions may take place while you are restrained and accompanied by carefully chosen physical sensations that support the learning process.
The Sub Training on Gran Canaria includes extensive physical training sessions as the heart of the academy’s programme. Here you learn not only to experience erotic pain but also to understand and improve your personal reactions to it. With each challenge, your trust in your body, your resilience and your ability to consciously let go of control grows stronger. You will be surprised by how closely pain, trust, surrender and inner strength are connected. Some of the deepest moments of submission arise precisely here.
Pain is never the goal in itself. It becomes a tool for erotic self-discovery. A way to explore your limits, deepen your awareness and encounter new experiences.
During the training, you may experience different forms of impact play, bondage and physical challenges. The exact content depends entirely on your interests, experience level and personal boundaries.
You may explore slave positions, extended bondage, spanking, whipping and many other intense sensations. The goal is not to endure as much as possible. The goal is to become increasingly aware of what pain, submission and control awaken within you.
Whipping sessions are a regular part of the training. You may also experience clamps, electro-play, vibrators and a structured exploration of sexual availability within the agreed framework. Throughout the training, erotic tension and anticipation often remain an important part of the experience.
If anal training is included in your programme, you will also learn about preparation, hygiene, stretching and aftercare.
In addition to the chastisements and floggings, daily restraints are accompanied by sexual games. With vibrators, you will be driven nearly mad. With dildos and fingers, you will be brought to G-spot orgasms, your squirting splashing across the floor. Guess who will clean it up again?
You may primarily seek erotic pain, or you seek surrender or you simply want to experience what it feels like to let go completely for a while. Often it is only through direct experience that you discover which aspects touch you most deeply.
Not every session leads into subspace. But many moments allow pain and lust, trust and surrender to merge into something far deeper than an ordinary BDSM scene. How does that feel like? Read the story of a beginner
You may experience your submission not only through pain or bondage, but also through the desire to bring genuine pleasure to your Dominant. But what does that actually mean? How do you recognize your Dominant’s wishes? How can you fulfil them without losing yourself? And how do you distinguish true submission from simply going through the motions?
This part of the training explores different forms of lived submission. Not as a role you perform, but as an expression of who you are. Some aspects are practical, others involve communication, physical intimacy or emotional connection. Not every skill suits every woman or every Dominant. Together, we discover which forms of submission fit both you and your current or future relationship.
Good manners and respectful behaviour as a submissive are important elements in many BDSM relationships. Your Dominant wants to feel proud of the woman at his side. How does that translate into everyday life? How do you handle difficult situations? And how can you express submission without sacrificing your own personality?
An additional topic focuses on interactions with a second submissive. If another submissive is available or if you travel together, we can explore the dynamics that emerge between you. How do you handle attention, competition or jealousy? How can you support one another? What role would you like to play within such a dynamic?
Some of the most valuable insights often arise here. Questions of trust, recognition, pride and personal boundaries become visible in a new way. The emotional bond within a D/s relationship can be incredibly powerful and sometimes changes the way you see yourself and others.
Submission often reveals itself in the small details of everyday life. Taking care of your body, presenting yourself well and paying attention to the finer points of self-care are important aspects of many BDSM relationships. Not because perfection is expected, but because self-respect, pride and dedication become visible through these habits.
This part of the training explores body care and the practical needs of a submissive woman. We discuss common expectations within BDSM relationships and discover which routines and forms of self-care suit you best.
Self-care as a submissive is not an end in itself. You may experience it as an expression of both self-respect and submission. When you consciously take care of your body, you often begin to see yourself differently. Pride, confidence and personal presence frequently begin with the small habits of everyday life.
You bring that attitude into your relationship with your Dominant. It becomes visible in the way you carry yourself, the attention you give and the way you choose to show up in the relationship.
Not every challenge can be solved through training, pain or submission. Some questions come from much deeper places. Perhaps you have hidden your desires for years. Perhaps you have not found a Dominant who truly fits you. Perhaps your partner does not understand your needs. Perhaps you carry loneliness, disappointment, longing or uncertainty within you. These are not situations that call for a cane or a set of restraints.
They call for an honest conversation.
You may dream of a D/s relationship but you are unsure how to recognize a suitable Dominant. You may repeatedly encounter people who play the role of a Dominant but are unable to take responsibility for another human being.
Together we explore your desires, your experiences and the kind of relationship that truly suits you.
Breakups can be especially painful within BDSM relationships. These connections often create a level of emotional intimacy that is difficult to describe. When such a relationship ends, the loss can feel far deeper than the end of an ordinary partnership. Longing, grief, confusion and a sense of losing direction are common experiences.
You do not have to go through that alone.
Conversations are available in person on Gran Canaria, by telephone or through WhatsApp. No subject is embarrassing. No question is wrong. Sometimes a single conversation is enough to bring a surprising amount of clarity.
You have read about submission, trust, sex, surrender and BDSM. At some point, another question naturally arises: Who is the person behind these words? It is a fair question. Before trust can develop, you want to know who you are talking to. That is why I would like to tell you a little about myself.
I am a calm and grounded person. I appreciate cleanliness, beautiful surroundings and places where people can feel comfortable. Respect matters to me, and I try to live according to my personal values. Over the years, I have worked as an engineer, a therapist and a guide for people facing difficult periods in their lives. I have always been fascinated by people: their stories, their doubts, their longings and the question of why we feel what we feel.
Like everyone else, I have experienced love and loss. I have built things and I have watched things disappear. I know moments of strength and moments of uncertainty. Trust is not something I take for granted. To me, it is a gift.
In the end, I am not a perfect Dominant and I am certainly not a character from a fantasy. I am simply a human being with dedication, curiosity and a genuine interest in the people I meet.
Perhaps you are not only looking for pain or punishment. Perhaps you are looking for something more difficult to describe: trust, connection, safety or simply a place where you do not have to carry everything on your own for a while. For me, leadership does not begin with control. It begins with attention. I offer a space where you are not judged. A space where you can ask questions, have experiences and discover new sides of yourself.
And then we talk.
Many people imagine a dominant person as someone who constantly gives orders. I’m not like that. In everyday life, I listen first. I’m asking questions. I’m trying to understand. Only when I understand a person can trust arise at all. Leadership does not begin with control for me. It starts with attention.
I am interested in people, their stories, their doubts, their longings and their questions. Many women who write to me are not looking for pain or punishment. They are looking for something that is more difficult to describe: trust, closeness, security or simply a place where they do not have to wear everything alone for a while. I offer you a safe place where you are not rated, where you can freely try and experience things. And we talk about it.
You might imagine this more dramatic than it actually is. Our getting to know each other simply begins with a beautiful, non-valuing conversation. There is no test, no obligation, no expectation to have to represent anything.
We get to know each other first.
Nothing more.
I’m not looking for a perfect sub. I am not looking for someone to play a role. I am not looking for a person trying to be someone she is not. I am interested in you as a woman and as a human being. Submission only has meaning for me when it comes from a real person. Here, you are allowed to be the version of yourself that you may not always feel free to show elsewhere.
You don’t have to know if you’re submissive, masochistic, devoted or anything else. You don’t need to know if a meeting is right for you. You don’t even need to know if BDSM is your way. Maybe there’s only one question you’ve been carrying around with you for a long time. Then you can ask me exactly this one question. No more. No less.
I welcome you and start the chat. You answer, I answer. No one commits to anything. We write a little. If you want, we’ll make a phone call. If you want, we will meet in Gran Canaria or just by video phone. If not, that’s perfectly fine.
Submission is not a destination. It is a journey. You may arrive at the Slave School with a clear idea of who you are and what you want. Or you begin with little more than curiosity, a fantasy or a feeling that there may be a submissive side within you waiting to be explored.
Over time, you will discover that the training is about far more than bondage, impact play or physical endurance. It becomes a process of self-discovery. You learn where your boundaries are, how trust develops and what surrender truly means to you. As your experience grows, so does your understanding of your own desires. You may become more confident in expressing your needs, more comfortable with your submissive nature and more aware of the kind of BDSM dynamic that suits you best.
Maybe this journey leads you to deeper submission, to discover new strengths, greater self-confidence or a clearer understanding of yourself and your relationships. Every journey is different.
There is no perfect submissive slave and no final destination. There is only your path, your experiences and the person you become along the way.
If you wish, your progress can be recognized through the SubWelt certification programme, allowing you to document the skills, experiences and milestones you have achieved during your training.
You may have recognized yourself in parts of this page. It may have been the themes of submission, erotic pain and surrender that spoke to you. Or it may have been something less obvious: the longing for trust, guidance and a place where you can simply be yourself.
You do not need to make a decision today. You do not need to know whether this training is right for you, how far your journey might lead or even whether BDSM is truly your path. Many meaningful journeys begin long before we have all the answers. You may simply be carrying a question, a desire or a feeling that has stayed with you for a long time. Something that keeps returning to your thoughts. Something you have never fully explored. If that is the case, tell me about it.
You are welcome to contact me through WhatsApp, email, the anonymous chat on the bottom left or a personal conversation. Your privacy is respected at all times, and you decide the pace, the depth and the direction of our contact. There is no pressure and no expectation that you already know what you want.
Sometimes a journey does not begin with a training session. Sometimes it begins with a conversation. Sometimes it begins with a single message. And sometimes it begins with the simple decision to explore a part of yourself that has been waiting for your attention.
Whatever brought you here, that is where we can begin.
