Introduction to Couple BDSM: Does your Partner desire Masochistic or Submissive Plays?

BDSM is so much more than just bondage, pain, and power play. It’s a form of intimacy, of trust, and of self-expression. And yet, many people keep their desires and fantasies hidden for a long time – may it be the fear of being misunderstood or rejected. If you’re reading this, it might be the first step towards talking about what moves your inner beeing or someone in your relationship. And that’s a good thing. Because no! – These desires aren’t abnormal. They’re a part of your partner, and they deserve respect, space, and a safe environment.

In my workshop, you can talk about anything: fantasies, insecurities, past experiences – or about the desire to finally experience it. No one needs to feel ashamed here. BDSM can be a profoundly enriching form of intimacy – when practiced mindfully, honestly, and consensually. Whether you feel these inclinations yourself or your partner has approached you about them: together we’ll discover how this aspect of your sexuality can find a healthy and beautiful place within your relationship.

BDSM desires lead to deep connections!

Perhaps BDSM is a new topic for you – something that was tentatively brought up, with a smile or a frown. Maybe it made you feel uncertain. Or it sparked your curiosity. Or both. I coach you on how to safely navigate through your first bondage and impact play sessions.

How can BDSM games be integrated into a relationship?

  • What appeals to you – and what doesn’t?
  • Which roles are appropriate – dominant, submissive, switching?
  • How do you create a safe environment (keyword: safe words, aftercare, consent)?
  • Which types of games suit your relationship?

It’s perfectly fine not to know how “to do it” at the beginning. There’s no “right” or “wrong.” There’s only what appeals to you and feels good. Safety is always the top priority.

Does your partner want to be tied up, dominated, and whipped?

When women express BDSM desires, many men feel overwhelmed: “I’m supposed to tie her up? Or hit her? That’s just not me… What if I do it wrong?”Such concerns are important – because they show that you can take responsibility. In my workshops, I support men precisely in these situations: in preliminary discussions by phone or in person in a relaxed setting. You can ask all your questions – even the ones you wouldn’t ask anyone else. We’ll talk about your role, about technique, about safety – but above all, about how you can discover your own form of dominance. Because here, too, the following applies: you don’t have to be a professional. You just have to be you – open, mindful, and ready to learn together with your partner. In the workshop, I’ll work with you to develop choreographies that provide structure and security. What equipment do you provide, and how do you use it effectively so that she can experience her pleasure and you can enjoy it? You’ll discover how much joy playing with her can bring.

Does your male partner wish to be a slave?

When a man tells his partner he’s submissive or wants to be dominated, many women initially react with uncertainty: “What exactly does he want from me? Do I have to hit him? Doesn’t that scare me? I’m not a dominatrix…”These reactions are understandable—and they’re perfectly normal. It takes time, clarity, and security to embrace new roles. In my workshop, you’ll learn how to play with him, and I offer you (or you both together) a space to:

  • to understand what lies behind his desire
  • to find out what YOU can imagine – and what you can’t
  • to find out how you can take the first steps without pressure
  • to find out what types of games are available and which one suits you best.

Sometimes a conversation is enough to realize: “I don’t have to be a perfect dominatrix – if I do it my way, it’s perfect.”

What should you pay attention to in BDSM play?

This course provides you with concise techniques for experiencing safe play. It also explores feelings you may have only just begun to confront: true dominance and true submission. A sadistic feeling isn’t simply present: the course teaches restraint in striking to ensure you always remain within safe boundaries.

What is dominance?

In consensual BDSM, dominance is not simply about exercising power. Many people mistakenly believe this and therefore only experience superficial play. Dominance is a blend of love, devotion, and power. You are given the gift of ownership over your partner’s body. You accept this gift responsibly and play with your beloved plaything. As a Dom or Domina, you can explore your desires with this body and, through your actions, witness how the gifted body’s pleasure intensifies and ultimately belongs to you.

How is the course structured as a workshop?

First, the preliminary discussions via WhatsApp are important. At your appointment in SubWelt, you’ll enter a cozy world filled with BDSM equipment, where you can seamlessly transition from a glass of wine or beer to a friendly gathering around a table. We’ll talk, and I’ll demonstrate the equipment. In a short meditation, I’ll guide the Dom/Domina into the feeling of true dominance, while your partner waits, restrained, in another room. I’ll guide you through individual aspects of impact play and dominant role-play. The submissive is encouraged to wear earplugs, which you should bring yourself.

How much does the BDSM workshop for couples cost?

Each couple pays € 200.-. You can bring a friend; I will accompany a maximum of two couples. In addition to the preliminary discussions, the workshop lasts one afternoon.
